In addition, Wintronics is also in compliance with MIL-STD-45662A in support of our clients' continued use of this standard. Our laboratory maintains a monthly inter-comparison check of all of our standards and equipment which allows us to maintain confidence in our measurements.

 Wintronics is an authorized service center for Barnstead Thermolyne equipment. Ranging from Autoclaves to Viscometers, Water Purifiers to Melting Point equipment including Barnstead Diamond Systems and Electrothermal IA Series, we can service the full line of laboratory equipment.

NIST Traceable:
All of our measurements are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, ensuring the reliability you need for quality control.

Conformance:
Wintronics' quality system is registered to ISO 9001:2000. Compliance to ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 is standard for all equipment calibrated at Wintronics. In addition Wintronics' serviced equipment conforms to MIL-STD-45662A and ISO10012-1-1992.

Turnaround:
Wintronics provides 3-5 day turnaround on calibration and most repairs. Fast 24-hour service is available when requested.

Certificates:
Certificates of Calibration are issued for every calibration. Data sheets of actual readings are available upon request.

Calibration Labels:
Calibration labels showing date calibrated, date due, serial number and technician are affixed to all items calibrated.

Recall Notices:
For customers requesting to be notified when their equipment is due for calibration, recall notices will be mailed at least two weeks in advance.

Warranty:
Wintronics guarantees all service for sixty days on parts and labor.

Preventative Maintenance:
Preventative maintenance is the key to reliable equipment. Wintronics performs this maintenance on all equipment that we service.

Repairs:
Repairs are performed utilizing the latest troubleshooting techniques and a large stock of parts. Wintronics is able to provide quick repair service on a wide variety of equipment.

Maintenance Programs:
Wintronics can provide complete maintenance programs for your test equipment. We are flexible about satisfying your maintenance needs as a customer. An example is our "Field Service Replacement" Program

In our local area, pick up and delivery is available.

On-Site Service:
Calibration is available on-site when requested and the project requires minimum downtime.
